If you're thinking of ordering our custom-made items, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue with the product.

However, if we make a mistake such as sending the wrong size or color, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges so that we can make it right for you.

3. How to track my order?

After your order shipped out, we will update the tracking No, you will receive the notification email,which will details the tracking No and tracking Link.

4. How to pay?

Right now we only accept paypal and wise.

If you want to pay with a credit card via PayPal but do not have a PayPal account, you can do so by following these steps:
